Our ask-the-experts canteen sessions have become very popular over the past year, so we wanted to create even more opportunities for our customers to join in. Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in both English, at 2pm on Mondays, 1pm on Wednesdays and Fridays, and French at 11 AM, you can get face-to-face time with Genius staffers who can give you the answers and information you need. Our goal is to ensure every question submitted during a session receives a response.
Canteens are open and informal hour-long sessions, and no preparation is needed to join. They are a great opportunity to connect with fellow Genius users and experts. You can send in your question or just join in to listen to the Q&A!
