They also needed better control over how data was presented and used across teams. Internal dashboards needed to reflect their exact procedures — not generic layouts that force workarounds.

At the same time, they were focused on establishing stronger standard processes and master data. They understood that long-term ERP success depends on clarity and structure — but needed a system that would support that gradual improvement.

This flexibility led to one of their most significant accomplishments: the development of a web-based ERP.
