Hello, everyone. Thank you for joining us wherever you are joining us from today. I hope it is warmer than where Dave and I are joining you from. It is a little chilly up here in Quebec, but we are fighting through it. So today’s session is called How to Use GeniusERP Like a Boss, which is, I think, I think our funnest title we’ve done in a while. My name is Jesse Linklater. I’m the marketing director. I’m going to be with you throughout, but just talking for this first little bit. Dave Demers will take over in just a second, and he’s who you really want to hear from. Dave is currently our head of customer success, our head of sales engineering, and just before all of those, he was one of our senior implementation people. So nobody in the company knows Genius better more thoroughly than Dave.

That’s a great one. Just before we start, everyone, first thing is we want to make sure that the sound is good and the picture is clear. So could you take the chat box for a second And in the meantime, we have a question for you. We were wondering whether Jesse looks tall or looks small because of the ceiling that he has in the camera there. So if someone can just say, yes, I hear you, and say whether he’s tall or small, that would be appreciated.

I’m opening the chat to see if people have figured out if it’s an optical illusion or not.

We have one that is saying all good, so no one…

No I wanted to comment on the fact that in Montreal, well, this part of Montreal, our ceilings are for short people like me.

Oh, Jessie the giant. This is the one we got. This is the best we got.

Jessie the giant. Unfortunately, the wrong answer. My ceiling height is 6 feet 4 inches tall. You’ve got to be my height to get down in this basement comfortably.

You’re good. Hey.

Thanks, everybody. Okay, so the agenda really quickly. So I’ll do this introduction to genius, but I’ll power through that pretty fast because we want to get to the meat of what we’re here to talk about. Then Dave is going to take you through the business journey of why this is happening, growing your business within ERP, how that relationship evolves, and then what type of asset knowing more more and being better educated about the tool you’re using and how it can work for you, why that’s important. Then we’ll look really into the philosophy behind genius Academy, do a quick tour of our learning platform, and then open it up for questions. So there is time for questions, send them anytime throughout. There’s the chat feature to do that. We’ll get to everything. If we don’t get a question live today, we will absolutely send you the answer right after the session. For everybody, the session can be recorded, so it’ll be available to you after as well. So a quick dive into who we are. Genius is over 30 years old now. Started off doing industrial engineering Consulting, quickly realized that the best way for us to help was to have software and build software, specifically, especially for custom manufacturers.

We are about to release version 14 of our software in the new year, and we keep growing and across North America. Right now, thousands of users and hundreds of customers trust Genius every day to run their companies through. We are headquartered in Chile, Quebec, but we have offices in the US and a strong presence there. This is an old slide in terms of the the the colored red portions. I think we now have customers in 38 state and provinces with a couple more to come this quarter. I’m from that rectangle, originally from that rectangle, funny-shaped one in Canada that we may never sign a customer from because there’s very few manufacturers, but I keep trying. Genieus It is a full quote to Cash ERP that includes engineering right mixed into the product. So it is full suite, everything you need to run your business. And I know some of you are talking with us about partnering with genius, but a lot of you are already genius customers, so I won’t go through this in any detail. You know what we offer. And I think with that, it’s over to Dave. Take it away, Dave.

Thank you, Jay and Jessie. Really appreciate it. Huge. Good day, everyone. First thing is, thank you very much for being here at the moment with us. So today we are doing a webinar about how this company grow and what’s the business journey. So you’re all working for a manufacturing company, right? How does How does that evolve? And what’s the journey behind your reality? And why are we doing this today? Well, the first thing first is, as you know, we are in the ERP company, and the ERP is really a key component of a manufacturing company because every processes are tied to the ERP. So whatever you’re talking about, sales, production, accounting whatsoever, it all ties down back to the ERP. That’s the fact. The second thing is, and today, by the way, we have actual customers, but we have also potential future customers for jeans. The second thing that we wanted to highlight here is that when you are into your buyer cycle looking for an ERP and looking for a system. Typically, people are looking at it from a product standpoint. What can it do to they? The second thing that they’re looking for is, All right, but what about the theme, how can they implement the system?

They’re really focusing on the product and the implementation. But it’s very rare that we hear about what’s after. The truth is that after you bought the system, after you’ve implemented, well, you’re still living and you will actually BV of all day. There’s a what’s after which is important. We cannot hide from that, and it’s probably important to mention that because your ERP provider must think about that when delivering this solution. Now, The third reason why we’re discussing about that today is that, you see, it says the US market size of the manufacturing industry is expected to increase by 9. 8% in 2021. The truth is back a couple of years ago, we So we were pretty much flat. There was some manufacturer or the market share was quite similar. Some were going up, some were going down, but pretty much flat. The truth is that now it has started back What that means is that growth and your reality, you guys will be growing. So that’s the reality of today. Second thing or fourth thing I should say, is this is according to a report that I found, but basically Basically, it states that it’s tougher today to find people or talented people for your jobs.

It says it’s 36% harder to find talent since 2018 only. We’re just a three years mark comparison, and it’s 36 % higher. Moreover, they were doing projection, and they were showing that by 2030, there’s going to be into the manufacturing world in the US. There’s an employment shortage that is expected to grow up to 2. 1 millions of on field positions. What it means is that you guys will grow, will require more people, but it will be tough. We will have to find other ways of doing things with the same people we have. This is a true issue for you to grow, so you have to keep that in mind. Here’s a statistic about Canada. I talked about the US. We might have Canadian as well on board. But that’s something that pretty much applies wherever you are. But since 2020 in Canada, there’s 47% of workers that are working in the manufacturing industry that switched or that will be switching jobs in a very near future. What that means is that basically you take time to onboard those people to leverage their knowledge, and at some point, you leave. But when that happens, your knowledge drops.

The second thing that happens is you have to hire a new one and onboard them again. This is very costly for a company. How can we figure out the best way to do this? These are the five statements why we’re talking about this today. Or this is the reason why we’re talking about that from your perspective. Now, from our perspective, it’s important that we position also what an ERP is, because the truth is an ERP today has evolved over years and will continue to evolve. Today, actually, we’re seeing that the fourth era of ERP is at our doorstep. Truthfully, we say it’s going to be switched from ERP to EBC. Let’s go through those details at the moment. If we think about just a bit of history, in the ’60s, this is where the MRP started. Mrp It was about material resources planning. At that moment, people were… Their concern or their focus was about, we need the material in order to do our product. It was just about, how can we figure out that we have the material to do it and make sure to purchase things when we have something to do. It evolved in the ’80s to now what they call the MRP2.

I don’t know whether you’ve heard about it or not, but material resource planning evolved to what they call manufacturing resources planning. At that moment now, it was not only about material, it was now about all of the shop floor resources. Taking into account everything with respect to labor, but also material. This is where we started to think about how can we schedule things and make sure that there’s alignment in between the employee that does something and the material that’s coming in. This is where we get visibility around schedule. In the ’90s, Gartner, and I don’t know whether you know Gartner, but Gartner is a multi-billion IPO company that is working into everything we talked about advanced technology. Gartner arrived with a new terminology called enterprise resource planning, ERP, as we are referring now today. Basically, the concept is simple. It’s not It’s not a shop floor anymore. It’s about having all of our enterprise aligned together. It’s really creating alignment in between, and we say top floor to shop floor, essentially management up to shop floor. What are we talking about? Sales, what are we When we’re talking about purchasing, accounting, et cetera, everyone must be synced, so it creates alignment.

By the way, when we’re talking about an ERP, not necessarily talking about a single software. It can be multiple elements that are working together, but the concept is just making sure that we have all of the resources of the enterprise planned and synced together. I told you we were going into Fort Erre. The truth is Gartner now, and we’re talking in 2020, they started that term. The truth is that it is evolving today. But now we’re starting to talk about no more an enterprise resource planning, but what they call enterprise business capabilities. It goes broader The concept about the EBC is simple, is that before we were focusing on our internal resources, how to get them aligned. But now the intent is to turn that around and figure out how to better serve the customer. The customer becomes at the center. Now this is why we start to hear about artificial intelligence. We say, All right, then your ERP must be data-driven today because it must align to take the decisions in order to get your customer needs the best, the fastest possible. The truth is that there’s so much offer today that this is the way if you want to shine and you want to be on top of On top of the others, what you need to do is make sure that you serve your customers well.

Really now, we’re talking about EVC. This is the evolution. My point about this is simple, and remember one thing, we talked about what the The concerns are from a growth standpoint in the company, but the truth is that on our end as well, we are evolving. As far as we are moving towards or progressing through the years, there’s more and more needed. Now that everything has been set or the foundation has been set, let’s talk about what is the universal growing business reality. You’re all in a business for something, and growth is one of That’s the key component why typically people are in business and this is what we’re trying to achieve. We start at 2 millions, let’s say. We want to reach out 4 millions, 6 million, 10 millions. We start at 20 employees, we want to come 30, 40, 60 employees at a certain point. Growth is an important aspect of things. The truth is, let’s start from when you purchase an ERP as the most accurate example I should see. The first thing is at a certain point, and let me put my laser pointer here, just making sure that we have that.

At a certain point, you guys were evolving, you had no ERP rate. Some challenges were happening here where you say, Oh, but we need to create alignment because now we are having multiple files, multiple items, and nothing is aligned, and people are not talking together or the department are not talking together. You You start to plan and then you decided, All right, you’re going to purchase an ERP. You’ve entered into a learning phase where essentially you’ve been trained. Consultant comes in, trains you out, then you deploy and you see your life. At that moment, you can When you say, I’m live, it means it’s over. I won’t go back there again. It’s done. But the truth, ladies and gentlemen, is the fact that because you’ve implemented the system, you will be able to grow. But the truth is because you grow, then will arrive new needs. So again, it probably happened that you started to sell at 2 millions, you went to four, and at a certain point, you hit the roof and you said, Oh, or you hit the ceiling, I should say so, and then you say, sorry. And then you say, Oh, my God, we need to restructure, we need to revisit certain things, we need to have new components.

Well, the system will have evolved, you will evolve, and then new challenges will come by. So you might say, All right, day one, when I implement I did not need the product configurator, for example. But now that they align my sales rep, making sure they all have the sales price, being able to do sales quicker, for example, is something I need. You’re going to plan for this and then enter back into an implementation, a second implementation, but about this specific element. The truth is this will be a continuously evolving statement where you’re going to go from growth to implementation and going back to growing to implement new certain aspects of elements. The truth is, the quotes that you see to the right, I don’t know if you guys are Aussie fans or not, but I’ve taken Wayne Gretssky as an example, whether it’s at LA or at Edmonton. But basically, you were saying, I see where the park is going to be, not where it has been. Really, the point about that is that we have to really say we cannot stay at the in the same place. We need to focus on what brings us to our vision and how to get there.

With that being said, let’s look at this reality now and let’s try to put some dollars in. The graph that you’re seeing here, I’m going to say my vertical axis is dollars, and we’ll see how dollars are being spent through time. I said, What happens is when you’re implementing the ERP, you will see spending money on ERP consultant. The reason I’ve seen that is let’s start, and the first thing you do is you purchase a system. You enter for this, you’ve budgeted some expenses. You said, All right, the implementation cost will cost me a certain amount. Then after Year after year, you’re going to say there is a cost adder because I need to put some money in a little, but then you plan for that. This is part of your budget. When you start your implementation, first thing is you’re entering into learning interface, at the moment, the consultant comes in and trains you. It can be either virtually, it can be really a person-to-person class, given whatsoever, the person comes in and trains you out. Then at a certain point, you will be ready to go live, you’ll be ready to deploy the system.

You can see, shorter time period, but more energy has to be put, so more cost has to be involved at that moment. Then after, you’re entering into a stabilizing phase where you say, All right, let’s stabilize. But because you’re doing well, you’re evolving a new challenge arrive. During that period of time, just typical spending, you’re asking questions, you get your answer back, not much, that’s all. But because you’re entering into new big challenges and then you have to plan and figure out to implement, for example, the product configurator, then you enter back into another learning phase, deploying, stabilizing. Having a new learning phase, deploying, stabilizing. End result is that in this example, after two years and so, this is what the budget was and this is what you spent. So you spent more on what you projected. You might say, it’s not that bad, we’ve evolved, but there must be a better way. Because the truth is that the more you grow, the more knowledge you need, and then it means the more you pay. We’re going to look into this because we have and we will be presenting to you a different approach that genius has in a couple of minutes.

Now, going back to the implementation by itself, because there’s a second challenge to the actual concept. Implementing the traditional way. Implementing the traditional way, as I told you, and the reason I’m saying this, by the way, is that when you’ll be looking for providers, again, make sure that is it the way that it’s going to be given? If yes, well, you might want to ask yourself questions. Implementing the traditional way means we’re going on site and we’re taking, let’s say, we need 10% to talk about this particular aspect. We arrive and just do a class where we’re going to train people and we’re going to say, All right, this is how you do things. They locked down a day in their schedule. We’re right there, we teach them. The truth is that even though they were able to lock down that schedule, tomorrow, they go back to their work. The The target is they have a 40 hours a week or a full-time, I should say, job that basically forces them to not practice. What happens is people are not practicing after we’ve taught them something. Then we need to retrain them. When we need to retrain, it means we’re going back and then retraining and on and on.

But you know what? They still have their job to do, so they forget about what we did, and then we ended up retraining. This is a scary concern. If all you have to provide is consultant being on site, it means that people need to manage the information and remember everything. With that being said, let’s imagine we arrive to the full implementation and then everyone knows now where we’re going and they have that knowledge, so we believe the knowledge is now yours. This is Where and even, sorry for the arrows, it’s badly positioned here, but this is where we arrive, where the employees, the key person that took the lead on this is leaving, then the knowledge gets lost, which means that the operations and the system are now in jeopardy. Because the truth is that it ends up always being one, two, three person that basically has the knowledge, and that knowledge was in their brain. So if they leave, what do we do? This is key. Now that we’ve just said and we’ve all agreed together that the knowledge needs to be in-house, that’s one thing, and needs to be documented so that when the person leaves, you still have the knowledge.

The question about it is, how do you transfer it? Could it be just about just saying, All right, listen to those videos, or how do you transfer this? What I’m showing right now here is just a concept in order to show that knowledge is really part of the fact that knowledge is an asset. It’s the average retention rates that your employee will have depending on the type of activities they’re doing. You can see that, by the way, when we were going on site, and if it still happens for you, if you have consultants that are going on site and things like that, the typical here retention rate is that 5% in front of a teacher. If you’re reading or whatsoever, it goes higher. But basically, if we subcategorize that into two main categories, the four to the top are really passive. We see teaching methods, but I would even say passive learning methods. Basically, from a learner perspective, whether he reads, whether he see a demonstration or else, he won’t remember that much. What it has been shown, though, is that the more you practice Practice, the more you participate into the learning, the more knowledge you retain.

So whether you’re practicing, whether you’re even teaching others, there’s a lot of retention or the knowledge is going to We helped. This is a very good way of gathering the knowledge and making sure that your employees get it. These were different concepts. Now, let’s go in genius. And let’s say, genius academy, the philosophy today, what did we do? Well, essentially, we went to the left and took your business reality, the fact that you’ll be continuously evolving like this. We said, All right, but how can we train so to remember and how can they share that together? We said, We’re going to take the two together, we’re going to merge them, and we’re going to just essentially shake the things up. What it did is that it created genius Academy. The first thing is, before we talk When we’re talking about Genes Academy itself, it’s important for me to mention one thing. Jesse told earlier that when we started, we were an engineering business firm, and this is true, by the way. We were manufacturing engineers going on site, helping people. But this is not about engineering. This is something that brought us to a next step.

The truth is we had to go and find some people that it was their science. We’ve even hired people that are coming from universities and school, essentially, we’ve implemented those platform education services, and we made sure to bring the knowledge in so we can get that done. This is where Genes Academy was created. Let’s go through what it is about. The first thing is, and the most important thing is, the Academy offers you to build By the way, just for clarity, we’re going to go and see the software in a few minutes, Derek. The first thing is, you can see that there are several… In the main screen, there are several sections. They’re all made for a reason. The first thing is, imagine you have a new need now and you want to validate, All right, I want to learn about it, and then I want to implement it on my end. Well, the module-based catalog allows you to first learn at your rhythm. There’s people that goes faster, some people as that go slower when you are in the room and you have to take all the people together, like in the old methodology.

What happens is you have to pick only one speed, so now you can learn at your rhythm. Second thing is you can learn when you have time. So again, saying, everyone, please stop the shop and everyone comes in for a day of learning. Well, this is problematic often because there’s consequences. So now you can learn when you have time because you have the ability to learn by yourself. This is the intent and this is the philosophy in the back-end. Learn when there’s a real need. The truth is you implement what you need today, and tomorrow when you grow, there’s going to be a new need. Well, if You will have taught you everything at first. There’s no way you will remember that. The intent is really when the needs come in, you have the access to the knowledge and you have that internally without even having to reach for it. Learn by doing. Very important. We told that basically your retention rate is going to increase if you practice. Well, this is made so that you have exercises, quizzes, and elements so that you will remember more and you will learn more than only 5%.

Of course, relearn whenever you want because there’s always going to be, even though we said that even by practicing, you still have maybe 75% of learning retention rate, but there’s still a 25% that’s going They’re going to fall apart while you have the ability to relearn whenever you want. That’s one thing, that’s part of the philosophy. The second thing, moving to the personal-based path. Essentially, we talked about the fact that there’s going to be employee turnovers, there’s going to be growth and which will require new hiring. So genius has developed basically personalized learning path so that basically, if you’re an accountant, if you’re a purchaser or ourselves. We want to make sure to focus specifically on what you need and make you learn those elements without having necessarily noise from everywhere else. The intent is simple, is to help you accelerate your employee onboarding to make sure that when someone comes in, well, you can learn as fast as possible and get ready to work. More importantly as well is to reduce the training burden because this learning path is made, because it’s self-sufficient, because they can They learn by themselves and they have exercises.

You don’t necessarily have to be with them constantly showing them what to do so they learn. They have the ability to learn by themselves. Of course, this is not covering 100% of your reality of your shop. You have your processes, you have your products. There’s so many elements, but at least from the center focus, which is the ERP, so the central point of how you do transactions, you will be covered. Third point of Academy that’s important, the classes. The classes, essentially, it is possible for you to go and then increase your knowledge with online teacher because it’s a course given. Sometimes it’s like two or three sessions of two hours within three weeks about a specific topic. The only thing is we see online teacher. Yes, there’s a teacher, of course, but the point about this is, again, coming back to practice as well. It’s not only the person that will present you something, it’s going to be made so that they present, you do, they correct, they present, you do, et cetera. That’s one thing. The second thing that we’re trying to do is develop awareness to solve problems for you. Essentially, when, and if we go back over here, when you’re going to evolve, a new challenge will arise.

Because you will have learned those elements at some point, you’ll say, Hey, I’ve seen something. This will prevent you from sometimes derailing and taking decisions towards, or we’re going to build an Excel file, we’re going to build this. The intent is really to align you and develop yourself some awareness to solve problems. Of course, the last element that is important is that you’ll be able to share cost with others having the same need. The reason being is that these classes are done in one too many mode. So what are your one, two, three companies that wants it, together, they share the cost, so less cost for you. Of course, I see you coming, and don’t be that angry, by the way. I’m taking a picture, hopefully this is not how you are, but you’re saying, Yeah, it’s good, but this does not work because we’re unique. We’re not all made in the same mold. We’re different. Well, you’re right. The truth is you might have the perception that genius academy is made only for showing you the basic elements. The only thing, and we’re seeing it’s covered, do not worry. This is why I’m bringing you to the Ask the Expert sessions, which essentially offers you a Q&E with a senior consultant so that three times a week, you’re right, you basically ask for questions, and these are their cases solved that are coming from the industry.

Whether it’s yours, whether it’s others. You all come into a group community where you ask your questions and essentially get some answers from a senior consultant. This allow you to understand and really have a direct feedback about the decisions you’re taking, making sure you’re on the right path, and allowing you, again, to grow by yourself and implement by yourself. Only when there’s a question, you can raise your hand. Whether you have a specific case, you come in, you ask that, you have your answer, you can move on. This is really the philosophy of Genes Academy. Let’s bring that back to our initial slide about the cost of a process when you have to implement the ERP, but also you have new needs coming in. Let’s imagine now we’re seeing, all right, it’s no more about ERP consultant, but we’re going to use genius Academy. What will be the cost evolution? This is it. Basically, all of the knowledge is within the platform. All of the knowledge is available to you and it’s sustainable and you have access whenever you want. What happens is that you end up having an implementation implementation cost that is budgetable.

The second thing is all you have to do year after year is just you renew the academy, renew your process, and then that’s it, you’re able to grow by yourself. Again, if you compare here over what the costs were when you’re doing typical or old method of using a consultant, the difference in cost is amazing. It’s now time to go into into the academy. I will go really not necessarily taking that long, but basically so you know whether we’re talking about you have a new need coming from scheduling, job shop, job cost, Hosting mobile, even if you have questions about mobile, you can go into the academy. Let’s go through it and let’s validate how it works. We are going to go into the academy for a second here. Welcoming the academy. First thing is we say, Hey, I want to learn something new, or we have a concern. There’s something about the inventory control, for example. If you go into the catalog right here, you’re going to say, All right, inventory inventory control, I’m going to go into the inventory control and see what we have. Then I see, Oh, mobile device for inventory control.

This is interesting because this could solve my problem because if I had access to mobility, there will be less human mistakes by typos and things like that. Essentially, by going into the course, you will see that here you have different activities. It’s clear, the activities can be or quick videos that are shared, ends They can be exercises and else. Again, told you, we hired, and sometimes I say it’s magic, it’s not magic. There’s a science behind that, but that’s a learning science. But Basically, in terms of making sure that the competencies are transferred and are learned, this is how it’s made. We have people are working through that. Essentially, you will be able to go through all of the different learnings, and then you’re ready to You’re ready to go and you’ll be able to apply as you go as you have exercises that you can make in the meantime. Now, let’s imagine that tomorrow you hire a new person. If I’m going to the person base path. Let’s imagine, for example, this is a purchasing manager. If we’re going into the purchasing module, you can see here in all different modules, it will say, Hey, you should be learning about the interface of genius.

Then after Remember, let’s look at how you create vendors, qualified vendors. So only things that correlates with your reality as a purchaser. All the remaining things, we’re taking them off and you should be following them in order to get able to ramp up as quickly as possible. Remember, we said what we want to make sure is that you don’t have the burden necessarily on your shoulders to be training people. That’s one thing, but the second thing we want is to make sure that they remember. We make sure to narrow down the scope, focus on the reality, and the second thing is, because it’s practice exercises, again, more retention. That is it. The classes, if you want, as we discussed earlier, or the Ask the Expert session. Essentially, as I told you, you will see that if we’re going to December, for example, now, you can see that on the 13th, the 15th, the 17th, there’s a session. You can subscribe, and here are the spaces left. So you arrive, you ask your questions. It’s Here, you can assist, whether you have a question or not. The intent is really for people to ask a question, and for the others, they become learners or just there to learn.

And the more knowledge we transfer, the better it is. So it all goes back to the more learning you get, the better you will be, and the accessibility is quite important. So that is it for the quick tour. As a conclusion, ladies and gentlemen, first thing is, remember that the ERP is really the foundation of the business. Although it’s not in aligned with your expertise because you might be producing very, very sophisticated stuff and you have really a specific reality there. The system by itself, it cannot fail because if it fails, then the business stops because you’re not able to track time, you’re not able to pursue or have new sales order and on. The importance of having that knowledge thing, even if someone leaves, is crucial and critical for The journey with your ERP cannot end only at implementation. The truth is you will grow, and because you will grow, you will have new needs. It has to be seen as a continuous learning element, and that is really key because if we say you implement and then it stops right there, of course, you might have some holes at some point. Knowledge is the key to survive growth, as we mentioned, and it also avoid disruption because then for your leading.

So again, knowledge is one of the key assets that we have to focus on and you have to focus on as a company to make sure that you’re able to grow. New IR space to readiness is so critical that we have to find a way to accelerate their onboarding. Of course, when you grow, and typically people are going fast, they cannot wait for, let’s say, two years for people to be ready. Again, streamlining their focus, making sure they learn what they want is a way to accelerate their onboarding, make sure they’re ready as soon as possible. At the end of the day, you’ll be saving money, time, and reduce pressure over while you will increase your knowledge of the team. The reason being is they will be practicing, so they will know more, they will retain more, you will spend less after. That is the point. That’s it for the webinar. It’s a quick presentation about our academy, but more importantly, about how you will grow and how genius can help you and how a system should be helping you or a provider should be helping you into that growth. I don’t know whether, Jessie, we have a question at the moment or not.

Should there be- We just got a couple of quick ones.

They seem quick to me. They might not be quick in the end. So first one is from Sandy. She’s just I’m asking… The question says time commitment, question mark. So I think it’s, is there a time commitment that if you sign up for genius Academy, can you maybe go through the licensing again?

Not sure. I follow you by time agreement.

Oh, just like, how long? If someone signs up for genius academy, how long are they signing up for?

Basically, the academy is a yearly subscription-based model, so it’s for a year, and then it’s renewable.

The last one is just about accounting. It’s a company looking to add accounting. Where are they at in terms of… Where are we at in terms of how much accounting resources are available in genius Academy now?

In terms of the system, by the way, the learning platform of genius, I will not say it’s something that has been there for 10, 15 years. As we talked earlier We are evolving as you are, but it’s a fairly new platform. But in terms of coverage, we’re in the 80% mark, 85% mark and still developing, adding content. Anyway, the truth is that in the meantime, as we’re adding content, we’re continuously developing as well. Those new features are coming in. But basically in terms of the coverage, again, 85% of the system is covered. We have some success stories, by the way, about self-implementing, some of the modules, ladies and gentlemen. So that’s a key problem.

Terrific. Unless anybody has any last minute questions, we can wrap up there. I hope everybody got a lot out of it. Dave and his team are available for the customers and for everybody else who’s on here, whoever you’re engaged with with genius, please reach out if you’re interested or you can get a hold of me and the marketing team as well. If you have questions, you just want to clear up all the information there on the screen. Anything else you want to say before we close up for the day, Dave?

The last thing, Legion and Emman, is you are going to receive probably a survey right after this that’s going to ask you about, Hey, what did you think about the webinar? Do you have any new topics you’d like? Do you have any feedback, please? If you can take the two minutes, it will be really appreciated. We’re trying to bring a webinar a month, and the truth is we’re trying to improve the content every time, so your feedback is greatly appreciated. Other than that, thank you very much for attending. It was a pleasure to be there. You see my mail there. If you have a question, something you want to inquire about, just write me an email. It’ll be my pleasure.

Thanks, everyone. Take care. Have a good rest of your week.

Bye-bye.
