Genius Solutions Expands Its ERP Portfolio with the Acquisition of Prextra ERP Developer CDID

This acquisition marks the next phase in our growth strategy. After years of consistent organic expansion, averaging more than 15% annually, and with a team of 125 professionals across Canada and the U.S., we’re ready to accelerate through strategic partnerships and acquisitions. The addition of CDID and its 100-person team grows Genius Solutions to more than 225 employees and positions us to deliver even greater value across manufacturing, distribution, and services.
