Support Technician at Genius Solutions :
We’re currently accepting applications for the job of support technician. This person’s principal responsibility will be providing technical assistance for customers, ensuring their satisfaction. This person will assist users of our application, respond to different questions and resolve technical problems. Tasks and responsibilities:
Analyse, document, prioritize and assign support casesAssist and support customers remotelyDiagnose the source of problems by asking the right questionsTreat client demands with courtesy and professionalismAnswer questions and offer the highest level of technical supportValidate the resolution of cases and client satisfactionFollow-up and respond to clients’ needs throughout the entire service cycle
Experience and profile required:
3-5 years’ experience in applied technical supportBilingual (English and French, both spoken and written)Interpersonal, empathetic and analyticalExperience working with specialized application support is an assetExperience working in manufacturing is an asset
