A CAR will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives and work out of our office in Montreal, Qc. Genius Solutions is looking for an energetic and “hunter” focused person to be the foundation of a multi-layered sales team. Primary goal and focus will be generating & nurturing new prospects (B2B). CAR will work in a team with a senior sales rep and sales engineers. The successful candidate should be ambitious, energetic and possess a confident phone presence. This position is not a call center position but will involve prospecting on the phone.


  • Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting value on our enterprise ERP Software for Manufacturers
  • Introducing Genius Solutions products and services to new client who respond to Marketing campaigns
  • Maintain credibility and relationships with decision makers who do not show a current interest in our product line, but may need our solutions in the future
  • Generate, qualify, process and work leads through ALL lead-generation activities
  • Participation in National, State or Regional Shows as requested
  • “Cold Calling” and other lead generation activities in Hubspot
  • Maintain prospect account data in Hubspot in a timely fashion

Requirement for success

  • 1 to 3 years sales experience, professional level
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Expert communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain new product knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Unfazed by rejection
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience selling or demonstrating software


  • Base Pay + Commission + Performance Bonuses
