Junior Technical Support Technician at Genius Solutions:

We are currently looking for a junior technical support technician. This person will have as main task to provide a technical assistance and to assure the total satisfaction of our customers. The person will have to accompany our customers in the use of our application, answer the different questions and solve technical problems. By progressing with us, you will be able to deepen your understanding of the reality and the stakes of our customers and thus be able to offer a faster service and better qualities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Analyze, document, prioritize and assign     interventions
  • Assist and support customers     remotely (phone, email, etc.)
  • Diagnose problems     encountered and ask the right questions
  • Treat customer requests with     courtesy and professionalism
  • Answer questions and offer     first level technical support
  • Validate case resolution and     customer satisfaction
  • Follow up throughout the process

Knowledge and profile:

  • 1 to 3 years experience in     technical application support
  • Bilingualism (English and     French spoken / written impeccably)
  • Relevant training in     computer sciences Sens of the organization
  • Sens of the organization, interpersonal,     empathic and analytical mind
  • Experience with specialized     applications would be an important asset
  • Experience in the     manufacturing field would be an important asset
