As a customer success manager, you are in contact with the entire Genius ERP customer base. It is a pivotal role between the customer and the various departments, products and departments of the company. At Genius, we implement manufacturing management software and this tool can have a major impact on our customers, if it is well used. Therefore, your goal is to ensure that the end-user adopts and continues to operate the software to its full potential.

To do this you will have to:

  • Assist clients in their     search for solutions and offer them products and / or services that solve     their problems or can help them in their growth;
  • Increase potential business     opportunities for each client based on their needs. Promote good practices for using the software     and services offered.
  • Maintain our customer     knowledge of usage to build needs and influence products and services to     improve or create.
  • Survey clients to suggest     ways to improve their experience to increase satisfaction levels and     ensure renewal
  • Transmit the level of     customer health through weekly performance indicators to the organization;

In summary, the customer success manager does not have a typical day. Every day he or she coordinates, suggests, innovates, sells, communicates with customers and members of Genius Solutions

Desired skills and experiences:

  • Perfectly bilingual (English     and French, written and spoken)
  • Computer skills and ease     with new technologies
  • Concrete experience in a     similar role
  • Focused on customer service     and empathic
  • Ease with telephone and     email conversations
  • Experience in IT and / or     software environment would be an important asset
